As well as drawing on 10 years of independent practice, Mike has worked with a wide variety of client groups, and has worked at various levels from practitioner, through service manager, to  director with a large voluntary sector agency. He has a large circle of associates, drawing on a range of professional disciplines. He has worked in the social work and social care fields since the mid-1970s.
