In the past 7 years Mike has worked with over 30 solicitors from more than 25 firms. Most legal work has been in Scotland, but has also included cases in England and Northern Ireland.  Mike has provided reports in a range of circumstances, including: mental health and school placement tribunals; personal injury; fostering and adoption; welfare guardianship;  review of social work decisions and services; withdrawal of Care inspectorate registration; judicial review; and, planning appeal proceedings. Client groups have included: learning and physical disability; mental health; children and families; criminal justice; and, older people.
